- 1 tbsp rice flour
- 1 tbsp corn flour
- 2 cheese slices
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp dry mango powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp cumin powder
- 1 cucumber
- 1 Tomato
- 1 onion
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp plane mayo
- 2 tbsp tandoori mayo
- 1 tbsp butter

- Peel and mash the boiled potatoes with a potato masher.
- Add all the spice powders and salt. Mix well.
- Add rice flour or corn starch. I have used rice flour.mix well.shape into flat round patties.
