  5. 50 gm Chopped beans
  6. 1 Chopped capsicum
  7. 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  8. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds/ jeera
  9. 1 tsp pav bhaji masala
  10. 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
  11. 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  12. 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  13. to taste Salt
  14. As needed Butter
  15. 2 tsp Oil

Instructions to make to make Veg Burger

  1. Take a pan, heat it. Add 2 tblspoon oil, add 1 teaspoon jeera. Add chopped onions, stir fry and then add ginger-garlic paste.
  2. Add all chopped vegetables(cabbage,beans,capsicum). Stir fry for few minutes. Add the peas and fry. Add the chopped tomatoes and stir fry for few minutes.
  3. Add the paubhaji masala, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder. Stir fry with masala.
  4. Now add the 2 mashed potatoes and chopped coriander leaves. Add salt based on taste. Mix well and stir fry for 2 minute.
  5. Mash with masher. Now masala is ready.
  6. Cut the burger bread and toast inner side with butter.
  7. Add the aalo masala on bread slice. Garnish chopped onions,tomato and grated cheese.
  8. Take a pan, add 1 teaspoon butter then add chopped coriander leaves. place the burger on tawa. Toast it from both the sides. Tawa Burger is ready to serve😋.
